12 Dec Coach Moe’s Fitness Boot Camp Kicks off on Jan. 9, 2018
Starting January, 9, 2018 and continuing every Tuesday for 8 weeks from 7-7:45PM, Coach Morris will be running a fitness boot camp class at the FTLOD studio!
This class is a fitness boot camp geared towards adults returning to dance, or dancers in need of strength training. Get in shape for dance again!
All levels welcome other athletes are welcome to join as well!
